Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in India only.

Dispatch and delivery

  • We dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment.
  • Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • The courier and shipping charge are worked out at checkout, before you pay.
  • You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing

Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and the item. An unboxing video helps us settle the claim faster. We will send a replacement part or a full replacement, or refund you, at no cost to you.

If a part is faulty

If a part does not work when it arrives, or stops working within 7 days of delivery under normal use, write to us. We will help you test it, and replace it if it is faulty.

Returns

  • You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Write to us first; we will tell you where to send it.
  • Batteries cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.
  • For a return that is not due to our mistake, you pay the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we email you to confirm the refund. The refund is processed to your original payment method within one month of our final decision on the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
