Cancellation Policy

Shop orders

• Before dispatch: email or call us with your order number and we cancel it. You get a full refund to your original payment method within one month.
• After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Shipping and returns policy.
• If we cancel: if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly, we cancel the order, tell you by email and refund you in full.

Workshops and institute programmes

If a workshop has a signed proposal or agreement, its cancellation terms apply. Otherwise:

• 7 days or more before the workshop date: cancel at no charge.
• Less than 7 days before: 50% of the workshop fee is deducted.

The free simulator

The simulator is free, so there is nothing to cancel.
