Cancellation Policy

No, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. You can only cancel your order if your order has not been shipped. We will refund the 90% amount in 5-7 working days.

However, if the order has been shipped, then please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (up to 20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. This includes the shipping charges, packing charges, and operation fees applied to your order.

Exclusions:

• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or modified in any way.
• Returns will not be accepted for clearance or discounted items unless they meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Authorization: All return requests are subject to authorization by Aasma Aerospace Company. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions specified in this policy.
