These terms apply when you use aasmaaerospace.in, our simulator, or buy from our shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. The site is run by Aasma Aerospace Private Limited, CIN U72900UP2022PTC167426, registered office Flat No. 5, Varindawan Apartment, 2A/94 Azad Nagar, Nawabganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208002 (“Aasma Aerospace”, “we”).

Using our websites

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into it, overload it, or copy it with automated tools.
  • If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Our blog and guides are for learning. They are general information, not professional advice for your specific project.

Who can buy

To buy from our shop you must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. If you buy for a school, college or company, you confirm that you are allowed to do so on its behalf.

The free simulator

The simulator at sim.aasmaaerospace.in is free and provided “as is”. It is a practice tool and does not behave exactly like a real drone. We may change it, or pause it for maintenance, at any time.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly; if you have paid, we refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely by PhonePe and PayU.
  • Delivery, returns and cancellations follow our Shipping and returns and Cancellation policy pages.

Workshops and institute programmes

Workshops and programmes for colleges and schools are governed by the written proposal or agreement signed for each one. Where that document and these terms differ, the signed document applies.

Using our kits safely

  • Our kits are learning products. Follow the instructions that come with them. Remove the propellers when you test motors or code on a bench.
  • Each product page shows the minimum age for that kit. Students below that age should build and fly only with an adult or teacher present.
  • Before flying outdoors, check the current drone rules on the official DGCA website. You are responsible for flying within the law.
  • Lithium batteries need care: charge them with a suitable charger, never leave them charging unattended, and stop using a swollen or damaged battery.

Our content

The text, images, videos, designs, logo and software on our sites belong to Aasma Aerospace or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Do not copy, sell or republish our content without written permission. Open-source projects we link to keep their own licences.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as open-source projects and official documentation. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we cannot promise it is always error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, the simulator or our kits, including damage caused by flying a drone carelessly or against the rules. If we are found liable for an order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

If we stop a product or service

We may stop selling a product or offering a service. If you have already paid for something we can no longer deliver, we give you a similar option or a full refund.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using our site or products, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the costs that the law holds you responsible for.

If part of these terms is invalid

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to sort out any problem. If that fails, the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms that applied when they were placed.
